Blue Bay Bungalow

We booked at the last minute and expected more bungalows, but there were only three. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the location is good if you want peace and quiet. They’re on the small side, but work perfectly well as a place to sleep. I’d recommend it if you don’t need a lot of space.

The clear water and varied sea life make this a nice spot for snorkeling. I saw a tortoise and reef fish, and there’s a kayak rental nearby. It’s also a good place to unwind with a drink in a comfortable chair. The hotel is being renovated, and the reception bar has a fantastic sea view. The music suits the setting, and staff understand English and help with requests. Some bungalows are spacious and right by the sea. I couldn’t get a seafront room because demand was high at that time of year, but I’ve booked one for the end of the year at a very affordable price. Breakfast isn’t included, though there are restaurants on the same beach or a few meters away on another beach.

We had a relaxing stay with perfect service. The resort was newly renovated, simple, and inexpensive, with very clean grounds, a lovely well-kept garden, and a marvelous, quiet beach. The staff were lovely and friendly. Best value on the island.

A group of friends and I spent the weekend at Blue Bay Bungalow. The welcome reception and bar were recently renovated, and they’ve done a great job. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. We’ll be back, hopefully once the new pizza oven is running. Thanks!
