Urban Room Samed

We couldn't reach the hotel receptionist at all. On arrival day, we called three times, morning and afternoon, and nobody answered. The hotel is new and in a good location, and the staff were friendly, but for the price, our room was extremely dirty and didn't meet basic hotel standards. There was lots of hair and sand on the floor, so we couldn't even walk around barefoot in our own room. The toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee all over the seat. The maid was kind enough to clean it when we spoke to her, but she only wiped the seat with a plain cloth, without cleaning product. After that, we weren't even sure the bedsheets had been changed. There were also lots of mosquitoes in the room. At night, a bad smell we assumed was coming from a bathroom pipe was so strong that closing the bathroom door didn't help.

The room smelled bad, and the toilet was dirty. There was a brown substance on the trash bin, and LED strips were hanging down from the ceiling. Service also wouldn't cooperate with some booking problems.

The location was good, and the room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable too.

Small room, but it was clean and cozy.
