The villa was gorgeous, and Fai and her team were truly amazing. We had x 3 meals there, all exceptional. One was for my 50th birthday, and both the food and service were 5 star.

We were a group of 11, parents, children, and grandchildren, and had a holiday of a lifetime at Ban Makkala. From the moment we arrived, villa manager Fai and her team were wonderful, and seeing the villa confirmed we were in for something special. The accommodation was beautiful and truly 5 star. The staff were effortlessly polite and efficient, and such lovely people. We ate in quite a bit because the food was so incredible. I’d recommend taking advantage of Paula’s superb cooking. Special thanks to Pin, Tung, and Coco too. We’ve only been home a day and already miss it.

The meals prepared for us were tasty, and easily the best we had on the island. The views were amazing and the location exceptionally good. Fai and her team were the nicest people I’ve met on holiday. Whenever you asked for something, they got it done instantly and truly went above and beyond. They made our stay one for the family history book.

Fai and her team made us feel at home, with impeccable service and attention to every detail. The food was AMAZING. I don’t think we’ll be able to match this Christmas holiday. Thank you so much, Fai and team. We’ll miss you!

The food was top notch, and the service from Fai and the whole staff was exceptional. They made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived at this beautiful, private haven. It had the feel of a 5-star resort. I’m sad to leave, but I’d be happy to come back.
