Sala Samui Chaweng Beach Resort

After a month at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort, leaving felt like saying goodbye to family. We came back from our Thailand holiday still emotional about the stay, and we’re already planning to return next year. For us, it’s the best hotel in Thailand, where luxury came with real warmth and care. Our child had something wonderful to do every day, thanks to the activities, kids’ corner, big pool, and open green areas where children could run and play safely. Instructor Honey and instructor Chimn gave so much care and energy, and helped our little one feel happy, safe, and excited. We also want to thank the pool and beach team, who kept us comfortable with drinks and fresh coconuts throughout the day. When our little one had a fever one morning, the team called a taxi, made sure we got safely to the clinic, and checked on us several times afterward. That kind of concern felt like genuine care, not just service. The staff were warm and professional everywhere, from the gentlemen helping us cross the road each day to reception and the restaurant team. The food was outstanding. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully prepared, and offered lots of cold cuts, vegetables, fruit, and varied à la carte choices. Lunch and dinner were just as good, with quality dishes, great flavors, and consistently excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, but the people are what made it special. Our room was elegant and very comfortable, with a private pool, and housekeeping prepared and cleaned it flawlessly each day. The bed was the best we’ve ever slept in, soft and luxurious, and we slept better than anywhere else. A special thank you to Erwin, Booki, New, Ooh, Amp, Cho, Mind, Nat, Mint, Am, Noom, Ice, Yod, Nim; from the Pool Team, Ter and Pitr; and also Sof and Bansan. You made us feel welcome and valued every day. Your care, professionalism, and smiles are why this place stands out.

We stayed on the Garden Side of SALA Chaweng Beach Resort and everything was great from beginning to end. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and kept in immaculate condition. The resort and its facilities were spotless and well cared for. Most of all, the friendly, attentive staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and would gladly return to Koh Samui. Many thanks to the whole team.

We loved the quiet, relaxing feel around the pool and beach at SALA Samui, and the hotel’s beautiful design and attention to detail made the whole property a pleasure to stay in. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious choices, and Mo and her team deserve special thanks for their warm, excellent service. All the staff were welcoming and ready to help. We spent five magical nights here, enjoyed every moment, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui. We’ll definitely come back.

The room view was so beautiful it looked like a postcard each day, and the resort itself is breathtaking. More than anything, though, we’ll remember the hospitality. Erwin, the General Manager, made a point of being around each morning to chat warmly with guests. That personal touch seemed to set the tone across the resort: the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all attentive and pleasant. We tried Muay Thai for the first time here and had a fantastic time. The day spa became another favorite, especially the daily massages with Tibetan bowls. Sao and Rose were wonderful and made that time unforgettable. The team also helped prepare our room beautifully for a surprise engagement proposal, carrying it out flawlessly. My fiancée and I will cherish that moment forever. This was the most memorable holiday of our lives, and we’re hooked on Sala Resort. We’ll be back next year for our anniversary.
