I spent a month here in a house divided into two rooms. It was more than enough space for one person, with a kitchen outside by the entrance, a bathroom, and a balcony. The place is quiet if you don't have noisy neighbours, and it's near the main road without traffic bothering you. The view is very nice, and you wake up to birds. A few things could use attention. The towels are super old, the sink and bathroom drain very slowly, and the walls were painted a long time ago. Maybe the furniture could be renovated too. Burning fallen leaves on the grounds isn't healthy, and the smoke goes straight into the housing area. Cleaning only happens if you ask, and then it's just the floors and changing the bedsheets, so you'd better bring a broom and keep your space clean yourself. Sometimes, if you leave the sink open, some 🪳 can visit.

The owners were lovely and really helpful, and the place and its surroundings were lovely too. Great location, just a five-minute drive from the nearest beach. Highly recommend!

We spent almost two months on Koh Samui, and Wilai Villa became our second home. The management was attentive, respectful, and helpful. Our small room had everything we needed, plus a balcony looking out over palm trees. In the mornings we could hear birds and other animals. It's only about a three-minute motorbike ride from the center. We arrived in January when it was really hard to find somewhere decent for the price, so we stayed here and didn't regret it.
