The location is near the beach, but it isn’t a nice beach because boats are there. You have to walk a bit to find a spot where you can actually relax on the sand. Everything else was terrible. We asked for a lower-floor room because of physical issues, but the hotel didn’t mention that there was no lift or that no lower-floor rooms were available on our dates. Other hotels we stayed at had lifts. We brought it up again when we arrived, yet they still put us on the fourth floor. When we asked about it, they gave a fake smile and said, “you will have a wonderful sea view.” That was disrespectful when someone with us couldn’t physically manage four floors. They also made fun of us when we asked for things and didn’t try to solve the problems. The safety box in one of our two rooms didn’t work, probably because its battery needed changing. They didn’t care and told us to use the box in the other room for our valuables, without even trying to fix it. The rooms are a bit old, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and they usually came to “clean” around 2 or 3 pm, which was very late. I’d only recommend booking if you’re fine with climbing stairs and plan to stay one or two nights at most. Otherwise, look for better options.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but the location is the only good thing about the hotel, with plenty of vendors and restaurants nearby. There’s no elevator despite the four floors, so good luck if you have large luggage. Of the eight or nine hotels I booked, this was the only one that didn’t allow cancellations for a refund. My husband’s and my itinerary changed completely, so we had to make several changes. I hadn’t realized this hotel wouldn’t allow them. Make sure you book somewhere that permits cancellations in case your plans change. I received a response saying I’d been given a discount, which nobody had told me about. Anyway, thank you.

Basic rooms, no frills, but clean and neat. Great location, price and service, with everything easy to reach on foot.

My partner and I stayed here for three months. The reception staff were welcoming and always said hello, and housekeeping kept the room very clean and tidy, with plenty of water supplied, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with modernized, large rooms. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. They also offer airport transfers and trips. I’d recommend it 100%. I have nothing bad to say.
