We slept well in a basic room with a bed, shower, and air conditioning. It was super cheap, and what you’d expect for the price. The owner picked us up at the ferry terminal, was trustworthy and accommodating, and drove us to get food and then back to the ferry in the morning for a small fee. Before we left, she showed us the stunning view of the ocean and koh chang. We stayed overnight before the ferry, after taking a taxi from the airport to the terminal. I’d stay again if it works out.

100B felt excessive for a two-minute ride to the pier.

A friendly owner, free tea and coffee in the morning, and a free ride to the ferry pier. For 500 baht, we got a large bungalow with AC, though there was no hot water. It’s budget accommodation, and a handy place to spend the night if you miss the ferry to Koh Chang. There was a party some distance away while we stayed, but we could still hear the bass in the room. I think it stopped around midnight.
