The room was large, reasonably clean, and in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach. But the shower kept flipping between very hot and very cold. At check-in, the front desk asked for a 500 THB cash deposit and had us sign some forms. When we checked out, the room was fine, but the staff wouldn't return the money. First they said the deposit policy had been canceled, then they said we didn't have a receipt. I was never given one when I paid, so the whole thing was confusing and frustrating. I had a great trip in Pattaya, but this deposit problem really lowered my opinion of the stay.

Even though Baan Chuan Chom has an older building, the care put into its upkeep gives it an elegant feel. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the cleanliness made it easy to relax right away. The location is peaceful while still close to the lively parts of Pattaya. At reception, the staff were warm, kind, and ready to help with requests, making me feel like family from the start. Their genuine smiles and considerate service stayed with me. This has become a favorite place I return to with longing, and the dedicated team has my heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable stay.

The room was roomy and quiet, with a big refrigerator. There was parking, and a 7-11 right outside the hotel. I took off one point because the air conditioner in our room was a bit noisy.

The spot was perfect, close to the beachfront and public transport, and there was lots of parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It felt safe, clean, and comfortable.
