The good thing is that it wasn't too loud at night, being a little away from the main road. The location was okay, just outside the center but close to everything. Nemo on the night shift was nice. The daytime staff were rude. The room and bathroom were disgusting. There were giant cockroaches, including one under the covers in my bed while I was trying to sleep, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The toilets didn't flush properly, and the sink and shower faucets were coated in blackish-green slime. Service was poor too. I asked to move to a higher floor and was told to wait until the next day. When that day came, she said there were no rooms available upstairs. I'd had enough by then and booked another hotel. Terrible experience.

It's a quiet spot within walking distance of the activities Pattaya is known for. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the mattress feels like it's been used for quite a long time.

The staff were kind, the air conditioning worked great, and the big bed was comfortable. Rooms were pretty nice, though a little old, and the accommodation was really affordable. The location was great, about 20 minutes from the beach and 10 from the center. There's a pool, but it stays in the shade, so the water was kind of cold for swimming. There was a stray dog in front of the hotel who melted my heart 🥺💛

There was plenty of parking by the hotel entrance. The reception area was large, the service was pleasant, and a lift takes you to the upper floors. The hotel isn't new, but everything worked as it should, and nothing was loose or poorly fixed. The room was a good size, as was the toilet.

The place is quiet, clean, and so far felt safe. Management was hassle-free, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is nice. It's in a good-sized parking area, and the safety deposit boxes and security are a big plus. The location isn't bad, but remember to stop at the last 7/11 before heading over. It's a very quiet spot in noisy Pattaya. It could use a facelift. There's no restaurant or bar, and coffee is self-serve in the lobby. The rooms don't have kettles.
