The service left me unimpressed. The fitness room was there, but the treadmill wouldn't work, and of the four bathrooms, only one had working hot water. I paid 13,000 baht for a room and arrived on the 31st during New Year's. The air conditioner wasn't cooling, and they told me the technician wasn't there. Why hadn't anyone checked it before I arrived?

It was a clean, comfortable house throughout. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hat Yai.
