We’ve stayed here many times, since it’s our regular spot, and saved this post because we highly recommend it! 🥳😍 It’s on the main road next to Aroi Soi 8, with plenty of parking. Call to ask or book before you arrive. There’s a 7-Eleven before the accommodation, so it’s a good idea to buy snacks there, especially if you’re coming late. The room is good, with a large bed, soft pillows, warm blankets, and a little balcony at the back. It costs 600 THB, plus a 300 THB key deposit that’s refunded at checkout. Soap, shampoo, and two cold bottles of water are provided. There’s a TV, water heater, air conditioner, and fridge. No kettle or hairdryer, but that’s okay! 🥰 The restaurant is open 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a la carte menus posted in the room and reasonable prices, 50+ THB depending on the dish. A washing machine is available, just ask staff about it. P.S. We stayed on September 16th, 1968. This time we had a really annoying customer slamming doors all night, from midnight to 1 AM, then again at 7 AM. We don’t know which room or floor it was.

I was unsure after reading the reviews, but my stay was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and had no smell, and the bathroom was much cleaner than I expected, with no mold or stains. The air conditioner was very cold, the bed was comfortable, and for 600 it was good value. The counter staff were polite in the evening and again in the morning. They’ve made a really good improvement.
