The bungalow was quiet and roomy, and the price was affordable. Staff were friendly, the bed was large, clean and comfortable, and there was a small breakfast. But the upkeep is clearly lacking and that gets annoying. The air conditioner urgently needs cleaning. Several things in the bathroom don't work properly, and there's a strong sewage smell from the septic tank, which seems never to have been disinfected. That's a common problem in Thailand. I stayed in the bungalow, not the hotel.

There's a balcony, and the room is bright and clean. The mattress and blankets are soft, the water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning works well. The TV is good, and there's a handy outlet by the bed. The decorations are nice too. It's close to a gas station, and you can walk to a 7-Eleven.

The owner is friendly and speaks English really well, and there's good coffee in the morning. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and it's a great place to stay with kids. Well worth visiting.
