We liked Sirin Boutique enough to extend our low-season visit from one night to three. We paid about 500B through Agoda, which felt like excellent value. The neighborhood is very quiet, though it's a bit far from town, shops, and restaurants, so having your own transport or using a ride-hailing service is essential. The owner kindly let us use the staff kitchen microwave to heat food we'd brought back from the famous "Save One" night market. There's a seating and dining area by the lobby, and basic items like instant noodles are available to buy there. Breakfast isn't being served: the owner said they stopped during Covid and chose not to bring it back, despite some reviews saying it was included. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was a good size and had a small fridge, a big flat-screen TV, cool AC, and comfortable beds with good-quality bedding. It was one of the best guesthouses we've come across during our extensive travels around Thailand.

For the price, this is a lovely little place. The rooms are really clean and the staff are friendly. It looks like they're adding a pool and extra rooms out back. The toilet is squeezed into a corner between two walls, which isn't very comfortable. And the face-recognition lock they use in the evening can be a nuisance, especially when you're coming back drunk after a night out, haha.

At 595 a night, it was okay. The hotel is a bit old but still looks good, and my room was clean. The sheets and towels looked worn, though, and could do with replacing.

The bed was comfortable, but there isn't a shop, a restaurant, or any drinks available at the restaurant. Breakfast is very basic, just some bread, small sausages, and coffee. I'd use this hotel for a one-day stop at most. There's nothing worth seeing in the neighborhood, and it's near an army airfield, so be ready to wake up to Thai fighter jets.

They may have taken it down already, but don't rely on the “official website” reservation. I booked online there, then called to confirm and was told they had no rooms available.
