The only thing that disturbed us was pigeons sometimes landing on the balcony and making noise, especially early in the morning when we were trying to sleep. Even so, we’d happily return. We stayed here three times in 2025 and were satisfied each time. The price is very affordable, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The bed linen is good quality, the shower pressure is strong, and there’s always hot water. Some rooms have newer, very quiet air conditioners, while others have older ones. In the lobby there’s a dispenser for hot and cold water and a microwave. One floor also has a washer and dryer set up like a small laundromat. The hotel is just steps from a beautiful park, and it’s great value for the money.

For 440 baht, I got a spacious double room with airconditioning, a desk, sofa, wardrobe, TV, small fridge, hairdryer, and a little covered terrace. The bed was comfortable, and the maid came daily. They left two bottles of water, soap, and towels, and the shower had a strong, steady spray. It’s an older property, but it’s kept up well and has plenty of free parking. The lobby coffee machine is free and offers cappuccino and hot chocolate from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

I especially liked the self-service laundry on the 4th floor. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s very close to Paradise Park and the big dragon statue.

The location is right in the centre, and it’s a great place for the price. The beds are comfortable too. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The park is literally 50m away, and it’s excellent, with a track about 3km long and separate lanes for cyclists, runners, and walkers. Cyclists sensibly go the other way from pedestrians, so everyone can see traffic and obstacles. At 490 baht in November 2024, the location and staff service make this five-star value. The rooms are a bit tired but comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful. Reception had hot water for making your own tea or coffee, plus a free coffee machine, though its drinks were all very sweet. Breakfast was 70 baht extra with a ticket from reception, or you could order from a menu at different prices. Nothing was excessive.
