2/10
At 2,000 baht a night, I expected much better. The cleanliness and service were nowhere near what the price suggests, and I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast tables were left dirty despite staff standing around, and I even found a hair in the food. The staff seemed untrained and couldn't provide service at a reasonable standard. The property's upkeep and, especially, the service point to a serious management problem.

The TV had sound but no picture, and the air conditioner wasn't cooling. The room was very dusty, and I found a centipede in the bathroom.

Parking was plentiful, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they didn't come with the usual amenities like a toothbrush. It's a very ordinary hotel, but it did what I needed and I have no complaints.

The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from a 7-eleven, which was especially handy. Staff were helpful and spoke fluent English, and there was a large parking area close to the main entrance.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of Thai dishes, eggs made to order, and real coffee. We stayed as a family group of 12, and the staff were very accommodating. Our clean, well-equipped rooms were comfortable, everything worked, and the showers had lovely hot water. A wonderful experience for all of us.
