The food was delicious and well managed, and the whole event felt like good value. Richmond Hotel handled our meeting needs well, with facilities that work for groups of 35 to 400. It’s also very handy, right near the MRT. I’ll come back for future events.

The meals had great flavor and plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were consistently polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The well-managed facilities and professional service also make it a good choice for MICE events. I had a perfect stay and recommend it for leisure or business.

As a family, we found the hotel a great fit. The rooms were modern and spacious, and very clean and well kept, which matters a lot to us. The food was consistently good, with options that suited both adults and children. Wan and Nana welcomed us warmly. They were polite and friendly, and their service felt natural. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. I’ve stayed in hotels in more than 90 countries over the years, so it takes something special to impress me. Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel did just that. If you want a stylish Bangkok hotel with a family friendly, service focused atmosphere, I’d recommend it. We’d love to return.

Breakfast had a wide selection and tasted great, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I was especially impressed today by Pha (Internship). She took such good care of us and kept a close eye on what customers needed.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the room and restaurant service was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the chefs were lovely and friendly. Manager Tae was a great host for our football event, always smiling and ready to help. The concierge spoke great English and was very helpful with requests, planning, and information. The event was extremely well run and organized. The pool could be a little warmer. The airport is about a 1.5 hour drive away, and MBK is around an hour by car, depending on traffic.
