The common areas and facilities are another issue. The booking app shows fees for the fitness center and elevator, but it doesn’t say some guests can’t use them. If the facilities aren’t available as described, please remove the earlier review. My stay was awful, from the service to the rooms. I asked whether someone over 70 who can no longer walk could use the elevator. They told me it was only for monthly rentals. I understand the rule, but shouldn’t the hotel consider that elderly people need the elevator? Do they have to make their own family try going up and down the stairs before they understand? It was truly terrible. Anyone planning to stay should read the reviews first.

I paid 700 THB through Agoda, while booking directly at the hotel cost 590 THB. The elevator, fitness center, and swimming pool are only for monthly residents, which feels like a total rip-off. They don’t answer the call center. There were small cockroaches in the room, the toilet was clogged, and both the pillowcases and towels were torn.

The room and surroundings were in terrible condition despite the sky-high price. I booked through the app for 876 baht, which was ridiculously expensive. There were people drinking beer and blocking the walkway at the entrance, and the staff seemed clueless. Only two cars are allowed to park each day, and daily guests have to use the stairs instead of the elevator. They also charged a 1000 baht deposit upfront. Can I give it no stars? One stay was more than enough.
