The property is spacious, with the river flowing right alongside it. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well maintained, and restaurants are about a 200-meter walk away.

The deluxe rooms were smelly, with hard, uncomfortable beds and broken, sharp tiles on the balcony. There was no hot water.

The location near the walking street is very convenient, the staff are pleasant, and I had a decent room and a perfect breakfast. But a nearby bar played music so loudly that the bass made the walls shake. Neither I nor my friend in another room could sleep before 3 a.m. Because of that, I won't return, and neither will my friends. It's a shame for the owner of such a beautiful place.

We liked it enough to extend our stay, and I've just checked out wishing I could stay longer. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, with nature all around and the river just across from our balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. It's near the main walking streets, yet far enough away that we couldn't hear people in the evening. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to what Pai has to offer.
