The clean hostel, nice rooms and bathroom, and fun common area all made for an amazing stay. The staff were AMAZING, especially Juju, who made our trip incredible and showed us around Pai and the surrounding area. It had a friendly social feel without being too much of a party hostel, with adorable kittens running around too. Honestly, this was the best hostel experience I've ever had and my favorite part of Thailand so far. Thanks, happy house, for a wonderful stay!

Happy house has been my favourite hostel so far. The community is amazing, with a family-like atmosphere, and I'd especially recommend it to solo travellers. It's quiet but still close to the party scene and Walking Street. A perfect hostel all round.

We met some incredible people here, and the rooms, location, and social hangout area were all great. It's the best hostel I've ever stayed at. JuJu made our time at happy house, he's awesome and does an incredible job. We love happy house!

Em, the owner, cleaned me up and bandaged me every day after I had a motorbike crash, without me even having to ask. I really appreciated that and my stay at happy house. The social vibe was great, but it didn't feel like a party hostel. It felt like family. An amazing stay, 10/10, would recommend!

It feels like home away from home, with such a family atmosphere. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I'd never leave if I didn't have deadlines. Em, Kafair, Ali, Nia, Nat, Ju, Eva, I love you all.
