Everything felt comfortable and well looked after, and the staff were friendly. The location was really convenient too. I’d happily stay at Amara APK Resorts and Spa again.

The renovated lobby beside the pool looks lovely, and the hotel is close to both Bangla Road and Jungceylon. For this part of town, the price is reasonable. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the whole place seemed well run. I had a comfortable stay and felt I got good value at Amara IPK Resort & Spa.

We got a room as soon as we arrived at 7 in the morning, even though check-in wasn't until 2. The receptionist was kind enough to sort that out for free. They also moved us to a bigger room without us asking, since we'd paid for an extra bed for our child and the first room felt cramped. The rooms aren't anything special, but we knew what sort of hotel we'd booked, and it matched what we expected. They cleaned every day. Breakfast at the cafe nearby was good, and the place was clean and cozy. I've stayed in hotels in different countries, so I have some comparisons. Huge thanks to the staff!
