The room was plenty big for the two of us, and housekeeping was great about changing the sheets and pillowcases, unlike some other hotels. We had a lovely three-day stay. P’Ning was especially approachable and helpful, full of energy, and even let us check in early. We’re hoping to book here again soon. Fingers crossed the wifi is better this time ❤️

Ning at reception was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help with whatever we needed. Getting around was easy too, with the walking street just a short stroll away. We'd booked an extra-large room for three, but the hotel surprised us by upgrading us to a spacious family suite with two bedrooms. A comfortable stay, with great service and a convenient location.

The location was very convenient, the staff were polite and helpful, and our room was spotless. I stayed at Anchor Hotel, Phuket and had a great experience. Excellent value for the money, and I'd highly recommend it to families, couples, or solo travelers.

I was ready to give this place zero stars. After about two hours in the room, I was searching for other hotels so I could get out as soon as possible. Every linen item, towels included, had mysterious yellow stains. There was only half a roll of used toilet paper and the toilet was dirty. I might have considered sleeping on the floor since my third-party booking couldn't be refunded, but ants started covering me while I sat there. Avoid at all costs.
