I was unhappy with how the cleaning staff handled a bottle charge. There were three bottles of gel, but we didn't know what was inside them. We used and replaced only the orange one, and left the other two untouched. I still saw them when staff came to change things, and nobody mentioned a problem until checkout. Then I was told I had to pay 100 because one was broken, supposedly from the start. We never touched it, so I don't see how that could be. If we'd been at fault, we'd have paid, but we weren't. The staff spoke angrily and rudely to us, which made the whole thing unpleasant.

After arriving exhausted by bus from Hatyai, I had trouble even finding the hotel. Grab dropped me off in the middle of the road. The shower adjustment pipe was faulty, and when I asked to switch rooms, I was told they were all full. I asked them to fix it because I couldn't shower. After some arguing, someone came to repair it, but the problem remained, so I moved to another hotel the next day. Breakfast was very basic, so don't expect much. Management should look at the ground staff and assign a shift manager who can solve guest problems. I hope this feedback leads to an upgrade and that you do better. I'll share a better hotel in Bangla Road.

The rooftop views and pool were a highlight for me. We also got a large, clean room for the price, and the location is fantastic, about a 15-minute walk from Patong Beach. Breakfast was decent and tasty, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean, though a little dated, and good value for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the mall, and there's a stand nearby where you can arrange tours and taxis. The woman who handles those bookings was brilliant.
