Our room was dirty and had ants, and in the five nights we stayed we never got drinking water, tissues, or an electric kettle. There was basically nothing provided in the room. This was the worst experience of my life. We had booked eight nights for about 14,000 THB, but arrived in Phuket around midnight because our flight was delayed. There was no sign at all, and we wandered around for a long time before finding the entrance. When we showed our booking, the staff member was smoking marijuana and ignored us. They then showed us something on their phone claiming we'd booked for two hours, even though our booking clearly said eight nights. We asked for the owner, but they refused and told us to contact Agoda ourselves. Agoda said it could be a misunderstanding, but couldn't process a refund without the hotel's approval. The hotel refused to refund us. Was the app they showed customers a fake or illegal website? Don't blame us for not checking. We checked carefully, and it said eight nights, not two hours. We ended up staying only five days of the eight nights because the hotel said we'd have to pay another 2,500 THB if we wanted to stay. We had no choice since we couldn't get a refund.

When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone and acted very unprofessionally. He appeared to be smoking marijuana, then told me my Agoda booking was supposedly for only two hours and asked for another 2,500 THB to stay one night. He also called it a “love hotel,” something never mentioned in the Agoda listing or disclosed before I booked. My confirmed booking said check-in after 6:00 PM and checkout at 12:00 PM. I explained that, but they gave me no room key and effectively refused my stay. This felt misleading and untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

I booked an overnight stay, but they said the booking was only for two hours. My email clearly showed check-in at 18:00 and checkout at 12:00 the next day. This hotel is all about scamming. Please don't book here.

You can't even give this place zero stars. There's no hotel name anywhere, and the back entrance looks like a doggy entrance. Definitely not somewhere I'd bring family or friends for a staycation.

I paid 15k bht for a month, checked in on the 9th, and then she said I had to pay more on the 28th. They charged me 5000 for a deposit, saying it was for cleaning the aircon, and she wasn't going to give it back. The TV had no remote and didn't work, there was no wifi or toilet paper, and the water wasn't hot. I don't recommend it, and I won't be back.
