My second floor room, across from the fire escape, felt private and peaceful, and the atmosphere was quiet. Patong Beach was just 16 minutes away. The bad part was a strong sewage smell coming up from the toilet drain near the sink.

The staff and security are amazing, but it's far too noisy to live here. There's shouting at the swimming pool and renovation work on the rooms and infrastructure starts in the morning. Most of the time, getting proper rest or working from home is impossible.

Shops, restaurants, and public transportation are all nearby, and there's a nice pool for unwinding after a day out. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and the service was good. For a 3-star place, it's good value. I was a little disappointed that the room had none of the basics: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or tissues. Even at this level, I expected those essentials. It's a decent stay for the location, pool, and helpful staff, but they should provide basic toiletries in the rooms.

The owner is a great person, and the location is excellent. The room was beautiful and kept in very good condition.
