Sears and Co was a standout during my stay. The food was consistently good, and the prices felt very reasonable for a hotel restaurant. I had pasta that was nicely cooked and full of flavor, plus a fresh, well balanced salad made with what seemed like quality ingredients. It's the kind of place I'd happily eat at even if I weren't staying at the hotel. Four Points by Sheraton Patong also felt calm and organized despite the busy Patong setting. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Housekeeping was consistent, and it felt like a place to relax after a long day, not just sleep. The hotel is near the beach, shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet felt peaceful and well insulated from outside noise. From arrival to the end, it was an enjoyable stay, and I'd gladly return on my next Phuket trip.

The hotel is popular and busy, but it still felt calm and intimate. Breakfast was easy, with no queues, and there are two different breakfast spots. Manager Ben deserves special thanks. Our big group had many requests, and he was flexible, open, and good at finding sensible solutions to little issues. The food was delicious and the service top-tier. The staff went above and beyond, even writing me a card to congratulate me on my HK100 race. That was a really thoughtful personal touch. If you're coming to Patong for business or a holiday, they take good care of you, your group, friends, and family.

We paid over $500 a night for two nights, largely because the stunning infinity pool overlooks Patong Beach. On our second day, the hotel closed it at 3:00 PM for a private Valentine's event. We weren't told about this when booking or at check-in, and as paying guests we lost access to the facility we'd chosen the property for. When we asked staff for a partial refund or fair compensation, the response felt dismissive. They offered a soft drink coupon, which didn't come close to making up for the disruption at that price. Private events are understandable, but guests should get advance notice or appropriate compensation. For a premium property with an international brand, we expected better transparency, service, and care. Very disappointing.

The hotel is right across from Patong Beach, with restaurants, cafés, and the lively town center close by. It was easy to enjoy the ocean and explore the area. The facilities were modern and well kept, especially the pools, which made for a nice place to relax. My room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had high quality bedding. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh, tasty options, and the hotel restaurants served flavorful food with impeccable service. The staff were outstanding, always smiling, attentive, and professional. I felt welcome from arrival through the whole stay. I'd gladly stay again, whether for a relaxing break or to enjoy Phuket.
