Hotel Clover Patong Phuket

We really appreciated Lulu upgrading our room. The whole team was friendly, attentive and professional, and the service was great from check-in through check-out. PP, Mayny and especially Jay helped us with everything at check-in and made the process feel easy and welcoming. I highly recommend Hotel Clover Patong Phuket if you’re visiting Phuket. :)

The room was super clean, and I watched the cleaning staff carefully go over every corner. I was impressed by all the thoughtful extras too: room and pool slippers, bathrobes, an umbrella, shaving and dental kits, plus lots of little things. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Reception, the luggage help and rooftop bar service were all great. Sai, Falaa, Mhee, Timmy and everyone else made us feel welcome. No negatives at all. To the owner and management, please keep doing what you’re doing and take care of your staff. You’re doing an amazing job.

The area was easy to get around on foot, so we didn’t need taxis. We were close to the action around Putong beach without too much noise. Our jacuzzi suite was lovely, and the breakfast buffet was included and very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. They also decorated the bedroom for my girlfriend’s birthday, brought a cake and sang happy birthday. We’d definitely stay again.

We came just for massages and ended up having a great experience with everyone at clove hôtel. We waited at the rooftop bar, where Meow welcomed us as an excellent hostest. Mint and Jai gave us the massages. I’m 5months pregnant, and they adapted mine to suit my needs. My husband has a big body and wanted a deep tissue massage, which they were able to accommodate too. Great location, and I’d recommend it 100%!
