La Flora Resort Patong

La Flora Patong is convenient for getting around. Patong Beach is easy to reach, the roads connect well, and Bangla Road, restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions are all accessible. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the property had a nice atmosphere. The experience didn’t feel like a true 5-star stay to me. I’d put it closer to a 3.5-star or 4-star property. Breakfast was average, with a limited, repetitive buffet. Service also fell short of luxury-hotel standards: staff were friendly, but lacked professionalism, speed, and attention to detail. Basic requests sometimes took longer than expected and needed follow-up. The hotel also charged extra for many small things, including some basic services, which made the stay feel less premium. There weren’t enough power outlets near the bed, a simple convenience that should be standard at this level. La Flora Patong is decent thanks mainly to its beach access, convenient location, and comfortable rooms, but food quality, buffet variety, and service standards need significant improvement before I’d consider the 5-star label justified.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, so I had a really enjoyable stay. Ms. Lateefah deserves a special thank you for being so kind and professional. She was attentive, supportive, and made sure guests felt welcome and cared for. Her leadership shows in the hotel’s standards. I’d happily recommend the place and would return. ❤️

The room was great, and breakfast was too. The staff were especially helpful with my food needs, even arranging special keto bread for me. Shout out to Teaw, Soawanee, Kai, Chef Kan, and reception staff Mr Winai, K. YOU, and Kholid. They were all exceptional.

We had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant, with delicious food and a breathtaking view. Khun Tony, Khun thon, and Khun teaw gave us great service that evening, thank you so much. We’ve been coming here since 2013, and the staff are what make the place special. They remember us every time, even recognizing my voice on the phone, which makes us feel at home and appreciated. The beachfront spot in the heart of Patong is perfect, and the whole team has kept up the same warmth and wonderful service over the years. You’re the best!
