We spent our first four nights here with family in January 2018. You get what you pay for. There were a few disappointments at the start, but staff sorted them out. The location was okay, though the photos made the place look a little better than what you get. Some staff had poor English, which made things harder, but they still helped us even when we didn't understand each other very well. We ate breakfast at the place beside the hotel. It was 150 bath per person and fine for the price. Don't spend time like we did searching around for breakfast, there's nothing good close enough.

It's quiet here, and the price is very reasonable, especially for a longer stay. The sea is a 15-20 minute walk away, which suits us since we're not on vacation and enjoy getting our steps in. A scooter can be rented from the nearby hotel. This isn't our first winter here. The owners look after the place, with weekly cleaning and fresh bed linen and towels. It's very clean, with no ants or cockroaches, which are common in Thailand. The hosts are a lovely, helpful family. They've even picked up my parcels from the store for me. 🥹🙏🏼 The room works well for remote work and everyday life: there's a workspace, a big comfortable bed, a large mirror, a TV we never use, air conditioning, a microwave, a fridge, a clothes dryer on the balcony, and a table for breakfast. Nearby are a 3/7/11, a cafe, and a store across the street where you can buy alcohol after midnight. There's also a laundromat a short walk away.

I rented a room for a month. It was very clean, not old or noisy, and the staff were lovely. The location was convenient, with cheap cafes nearby.

The place was clean and welcoming, in a good location and felt safe. Getting around was inconvenient because there was no elevator available.
