We stayed for a month, and the price was easily the best part. We paid 8000bats, plus 300 for water and 8bats per kilovat of electricity. If the AC runs a lot, that could come to about 50eur for one month. There isn't Airbnb or booking, so just go there and negotiate the room and length of stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. You can walk to the center and beach, though neither is super close. There's a pool too. Recommend.

Clean, nice, big rooms and a small clean pool, with really friendly staff. The beach and Bangla are about a 20-minute walk. Ask at reception for a great rate, including a special price for a longer stay. Best price.

It's a bit out from the main area, so I'd get a scooter. Walking there in the heat can be gruelling. The rooms are simple but clean, and the staff are really nice. Great value, especially if you're staying long term.

We visited earlier this month and thought it was the best hotel in Patong for us. The place is peaceful, the room was clean, the location and price were good, and the staff were helpful. The people here are great. Thanks to the girl at reception. Kob Kun Khrap.

The staff really do their best to help. They can book tours and arrange bikes at very affordable prices. There's no food at the hotel, but a 24/7 shop, a local restaurant, and a petrol station are just a few steps away. It's far from the city, though it takes about 15 minutes by bike to reach Bagla Street. The hotel is up in the mountains, so getting back after drinking at the beach could be tough. Choose with that in mind.
