The garden-view room was perfect, and everything felt top-notch. This place is great value for the money. It's only 500' from Bangla Road, but you don't hear the noise, and the beach is right across the street, less than 75' away. There are two massive pools. The hotel feels almost brand new. Apparently it's been open for only 4 months since a major remodeling. A special shout-out to the staff: Alice at the front is awesome, and in the restaurant Mon, Fon and Chanon are Geat!

We had a lovely stay, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful pool area that was great for unwinding after a day out. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good variety, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Everything felt well organized, so the visit went smoothly. Checkout was the one small hiccup. Our taxi was slightly delayed after we got back from a beach-hopping tour, and staff made us feel rushed to leave the room on time. I understand they need to prepare for new guests, but a little flexibility would have made the stay even better. I'd happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a relaxing setting.

The pool was really nice, and our room was spacious. The hotel feels new and modern, having opened in October last year, and they left free bottles of water for us every day. Karen was especially kind and attentive, and her help made our stay so much better. Only small drawback was the shower pressure, which was a bit weak. We had a great time in Patong Beach.

We found the hotel calm even though it's right by Patong's busy areas, and the pool looked beautiful at night. It has just been renovated, so everything felt fresh and nicely designed, with clean, comfortable rooms. The beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all close by. The staff were friendly and professional, and for the location, it felt like very good value. I'd happily come back.

Being so close to the beach was a big plus, especially with good food and drinks nearby. We stayed in the ocean view suite, which was beautiful, and Karen and Sky were so attentive about keeping us comfortable and relaxed. I had an amazing stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
