Patong Signature Boutique Hotel

The room wasn't well maintained: there was sand on the floor and bed, small stains on the bed, and loose flooring sticking up in places that could cut your feet if you stepped on it. Outside noise was disruptive throughout the stay, making it unsuitable for families with young children. We booked a double studio with an in-room jacuzzi mainly for the tub, but the water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to fill. The shower was weak too, and its poor drainage left us standing in a puddle. The toilet clogged easily. I asked for a baby cot on the first day and was told they'd arrange one. When we returned at night there was none. I called and was then told no cots were available. They should have told us sooner, at check-in or before we came back, so we could make other plans. The staff member on the call was dismissive and seemed rude, which made it more disappointing. The stay fell short of what we expected for this room category. Better maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and sound insulation would make a big difference.

From the balcony and terrace, the view over Patong Bay was beautiful, especially at sunset. The spacious room had an enormous bed and a stunning sea view, and waking up to it each morning was unforgettable. The hotel sits at the far southern end of Patong Beach, right by the sea. It's very quiet there, while central Patong's restaurants and nightlife are only minutes away, so you can enjoy them without staying amid the chaos. The rooftop pool and terrace looked especially lovely when lit up in the evening, a great place to relax with an aperitif and a sea view. Peace and convenience together, comfortable rooms, and views worth the stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms smelled bad and weren't well maintained, and the breakfast wasn't good either. After the room was cleaned, no water was left for us. When we asked for some, they refused because housekeeping was closed, which wasn't our fault. Bad service.

The food was top-notch, every meal we had was delicious, and the staff were kind, professional, and went out of their way to help. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, but the hotel handled it by upgrading us to a better room, which was a fantastic surprise. We had the absolute best time and found the atmosphere so welcoming. A 10/10 experience, highly recommend for great service.
