The host was great, and the housekeeper was just lovely, always smiling and happy. For the price, especially compared with Australia, I loved the place. It'd be perfect for a group of friends or a big family with teenagers. The location is great, though it's hilly, like much of Thailand. Taxis are easy to get and Grab delivery is available 24/7. There are several holes where the street's fairly new concrete footpath meets the driveway. Be careful in the dark, some holes are deep enough to fracture a leg. You could spend a few weeks here swimming and watching the sunset. About a 10-minute walk down the road is the best ganja cafe, with cocktails and a pool overlooking the sunset. It's a very first-world problem to share how perfect a place is when you know it might then be booked out forever.
