The power went out at night for seven days, and no one answered when we called. The rooms were dirty and had insects, with a broken closet and bed, and doors that didn't shut properly. There wasn't even a safety box. The worst experience, very disappointing, and definitely not worth the money.

The Patong Social Hotel & Restaurant team deserves a mention, especially manager Alex. We had a superb stay, with clean rooms, good food, and a great location. Jungceylon mall, Bangla street, and Patong beach were all close by, and the place had a lovely touristy vibe in Phuket. Best of luck to the whole team.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The AC is very small and takes at least 3-4 hours to cool the room, and there aren't any fans, so it gets really uncomfortable. Room service was poor too. I ordered food to the room and they asked me to pay cash straight away, which felt unprofessional. Overall, very bad service.

The lift was a joke, and the room and bathroom were horrible. The bed was moldy, the sheets smelled, and the refrigerator was old and junky. The bathroom was the worst, with a leaking toilet seat and a bad smell. I didn't stay there, I survived. Not recommended at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and clean. We tried their food too, and it was delicious 😋
