Patong Villa

The breakfast was excellent, with American, Thai, Japanese, and Indian choices, and the two pools were fantastic. We were given a spacious room on the second floor beside the pool, with a good balcony. Don't count on getting a room in the tall building shown in the advertisement. The location was great too, just a short walk to the beach and Bangla Rd. I'd definitely return.

Ms Kulisara Kaenleksuk deserves a special mention for the great service and follow-up on our bookings. Across the property, staff were warm, attentive, and proactive, and nothing felt like a bother. The rooms were immaculate, public spaces spotless, and housekeeping clearly took pride in the work. The pools, dining areas, and shared spaces were all beautifully maintained. Our accommodation was comfortable and well designed, making it easy to unwind after long days exploring. Patong Resort gave us a superb stay with high-quality facilities, great cleanliness, and brilliant service. It felt like real value, and I'd happily stay again. Highly recommended.

A 2000 baht deposit is mandatory. Our deluxe room was spacious, but felt old and didn't have a great vibe. They provide only two small bottles of water a day, so bring extra or buy some outside. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and the location was decent.

We had a comfortable five-night stay in a superior room with a balcony and garden view. Ask for a first-floor room: the ground-floor terraces are fully exposed, with no privacy. There's a shortcut to the beach that Google Maps doesn't show, and some nice shops along the way. The large hotel is close to all the fun Patong has to offer. Housekeeping wasn't quite up to the mark at times, and gowns were supplied only occasionally. One small annoyance was that there were no spoons. Still, it was a thoroughly pleasant stay.
