I live in this building and have for the past eight months. It's a condominium rather than a hotel, but it's unfortunately very noisy. Drilling sounds and vibrations around the building wake me up often and can go on for hours. Management seems unconcerned about this ongoing problem. It's frustrating to pay for a place to relax and find that I can't, with renovations continuing and residents being inconsiderate.

Omg, this is the worst place if you want to nap in the morning, chill, or relax. Drilling and hammer drills come from different floors all around the building, no matter which floor you're on. It goes on all year, Monday to Sunday. Never ending.

The nonstop renovation noise, seven days a week, made life here miserable. The management office was no help and seemed not to care. Read this before moving in. I really wouldn't do it; you'd regret it.

The mountain views are phenomenal, and the pool looks lovely. Security is very nice too. The Wi-Fi could use improvement.

I can enjoy Thailand and Patong Beach every day, just five minutes from my apartment. The sea and sun gave me positive energy, and I send that along to all people of good will. Thank you.
