Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach

I had a really pleasant stay at Radisson Red Phuket Patong Beach, largely thanks to Jibpy. She was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, helping from check-in through the rest of my stay. Her clear, polite communication and thoughtful help made everything more comfortable. She made me feel welcome as a person, not just like another guest being served. That kind of service deserves recognition. Thank you, Jibpy, for making the visit memorable. I’d be glad to come back.

The hotel was clean and made it easy to get around the places we wanted to visit. At the start, the front desk welcomed us warmly, and the doorman was very helpful. Most of the staff were lovely and hospitable, which is why I gave service four stars. The exception was the woman at the front service desk when I checked out, at 8:18am on 31 May 2026. She was quite rude.

Check-in was easy, and since I was traveling with my son, they upgraded us from my original king-size booking to a twin room. BB and AA were wonderful and very helpful, thank you both. We had some elevator issues during our stay, but they didn’t cause us any trouble. It’s a nice hotel in a great location.

I want to thank everyone at Radisson RED Phuket in Patong for making our holiday stay so rewarding. Every staff member was hardworking and kind, and I felt like part of the family. From the smiling front desk team to the housekeepers and cooks who deserve more credit, the hospitality left a huge impression on me. This was my first visit to Thailand, and I’m already planning another trip to Phuket. I had such a great time here that I don’t want to stay anywhere else next time. The room had air conditioning, and there’s a gym, a pool, a bar for people who drink, and breakfast every morning for a small, reasonable fee. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
