The pool gives you a great city view, and the gym is very good. The hotel itself feels new and modern, with spacious rooms, though breakfast is only a basic selection. The bar and housekeeping teams were the nicest part of my stay. They were consistently friendly and helpful, the cocktails were good and fairly priced, drinks were always available, and my room was cleaned thoroughly every day. They really helped make the holiday feel relaxing. The location is a drawback, since it’s a bit far from both the beach and the city center. I was also disappointed to find a 1,000 THB guest fee that wasn’t disclosed on Booking.com. When I asked for the manager’s name, reception was reluctant to tell me. The manager wasn’t very helpful or guest-friendly, and after I complained, the staff’s previously friendly attitude toward me changed noticeably. Given the price and service, you may find a better option somewhere more convenient.

The reception team made a good impression, always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. My room was clean, with a roomy, well-kept bathroom. Patong Beach is around a 10-minute walk away, and shops, restaurants, and other essentials are close by. I didn’t book breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. A comfortable place to stay in Patong.

The rooftop pool was the standout, and breakfast had good options. The hotel is modern and very clean, with friendly staff. The sunbed cushions could use replacing because they had mold, and the 8:00 opening time for the pool and gym seemed a little flexible. Patong itself can be loud, with traffic and some tourists making noise regularly, so don’t expect a quiet hotel setting here.

Alisa was so caring and friendly. She helped my family plan trips, suggested places to visit, and was always glad to lend a hand. Her warm attitude made the stay even better. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming, always ready to help and brighten the day. We loved the cleanliness, atmosphere, location, pool, and delicious breakfast. It was an amazing stay, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Alisa at reception added a personal touch to our stay. She was friendly, professional, and helpful from the smooth, welcoming check-in onward, and was always happy to answer questions or help with anything I needed. The hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get around and explore. Breakfast had a nice range of options, and the facilities were what you’d expect for a comfortable stay. I had a really pleasant time and would happily return.
