Rico's Patong Residence

Madam Urai at reception was especially helpful, and all the staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was great, with a good location within walking distance of everything. Many thanks to Mr.Daniel for his continuous assistance. Good value for money, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and available around the clock, and the rooms were really neat and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Daniel, who was so kind and helped us a lot. The hotel is well placed in Patang, with bars, restaurants, groceries, a pharmacy, and clothing shops all an easy walk away. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next time.

Rico’s suits you if you want to be right in the middle of everything. The walking street is at the end of the alley, with street food, bars, clubs, markets, and the beach all nearby. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. Rooms are basic but comfortable; I’d just like more pillows. There can be noise from the clubs below and from other guests coming back at all hours after a night out. I’d recommend it for people in their 20s looking to party and spend time at the beach, while paying less than at other Patong hotels and resorts.

The detail in the room pleasantly surprised me: a nice sink, shower and toilet, good artwork, a comfortable bed, and decent furniture. Rico’s is clean, the staff are polite, and the owner clearly takes care with the building’s decor. I moved here from another hotel because the other one was really bad, and found this place a nice little retreat amid the chaos of town. You can hear some street activity in the evenings, but it isn’t too bad. I actually find the street life comforting, since that’s why we come here. It’s a superb spot on Bangla Road, close to the beach and right in the middle of the action.
