I planned on staying three nights, but liked it enough to add three more. Extending was easy on checkout day, and the owner discounted the extra nights. I'd also been upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The location is incredible: near the beach and a lively beach walking street with restaurants, convenience stores, and clothing shops and markets open throughout the day and night. The beautiful beach is less than 200 m away, and I went to sit there every day. The hotel is tucked on a quieter side street, away from noisy Patong, but the busier streets, including Bangala road, are an easy walk. My room was clean and comfortable, and had recently been renovated. The receptionist was amazing, checking if I needed cleaning or fresh sheets and keeping my water topped up. She also has an adorable little kitten with her during the day. This place deserves better reviews. I don't understand the one-star ratings for not having an elevator. I'd absolutely stay again.

I've stayed at several hotels and apartments around here, and this place is underrated. The owner is very friendly. I spent two nights and wanted to extend, but it was fully booked, so I tried a hotel across the road. The sheets and pillows there were so dirty, and the staff said they had no others for me. That's another review. I went back, and the lady from Seatel gave me a fresh pillow and sheet. She wouldn't even take a tip.

We were very happy staying here and would come back to seatel phuket. It's in a prime spot in patong, really close to Bangla street. Thanks for the service. Loved it ♥️ I'd highly recommend it to everyone.
