Kim is rude to customers. My stay was very disappointing: the room wasn’t clean when I arrived, and housekeeping was unreliable after that. The air-conditioning made a lot of noise and barely worked, so nights were uncomfortable. When I raised problems, staff weren’t very helpful and didn’t follow up well. For what they charged, the hotel didn’t meet basic expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it.

20251205. The ride from the airport took 1 hr by car. We arrived at night and check-in was quick; the security guard helped carry our luggage to reception and then upstairs to the room. The hotel is generally well maintained, with very fast free wifi, cold aircon, and a comfortable shower and bed. It’s beside the busy bangla night market, walking street, and central patong, with plenty of street food, party places, and mall shopping. Patong beach is about a 10 min walk. Soundproofing is poor, so we could hear nearby party music and noisy neighbours. Some amenities weren’t provided, and mosquitoes in the room disturbed our sleep. Bring repellent.

The rooms are pretty basic, fairly clean, but had an unpleasant smell. The grounds were well kept and the staff very friendly. You’re just minutes from Bangla Walking Street and lots of other attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is clean and neat, with a good swimming pool and some basic gym equipment for a short workout. It’s beside bangla street. The airport is one and half hour away, so make sure to pre book your ride.
