The property would not approve a refund, even though our travel partner was prepared to issue one. We cancelled a mistaken booking within minutes and spent the next five days being told to call back the following day, with no way to speak to a manager. They said nothing was available while rooms still appeared open online. We even offered to pay extra to move the dates, but they refused to help. Extremely poor service.

Even after we offered to pay extra to change our dates, the hotel hid behind its policy and refused. We had booked the wrong dates by mistake and cancelled within about 2-3 minutes. When we asked to move the booking, receptionist Ms. Huang said she had no authority and told us to call the next morning. We got the same answer for five days. We also tried contacting the property directly, but they wouldn't let us speak to the manager. They kept claiming they were fully booked, although those dates were available online and still showed as available a month later.

For around 400 Thai bath, it felt like a good deal. The rooms themselves are fine, but there’s no full length mirror, and outside noise comes through because the place isn’t soundproof. It disturbed our sleep.

Everything was spotless, and I really enjoyed staying here. The room’s Lanna style decor was lovely, with thoughtful details that made it feel warm and relaxing. I’d happily come back if I get the chance ❤️
