The staff were always warm and helpful, and the hotel had a homely, comfortable feel. There’s a small pool and a nice sunbathing area overlooking the city, a lovely spot to relax. The beach, restaurants, and other things you might need are only steps away. Highly recommended!

We originally booked two days because of online reviews mentioning the stairs, but once we saw the room and property, we extended for another four. The owner, a kind and supportive woman, made our stay enjoyable, and we loved the view. Housekeeping was done properly, the room was cleaned and towels replaced every day, and the kids had a great time in the pool. The property was well maintained and good value for money.

We stayed one night, and the place didn’t look like the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We spent five nights here and had a memorable stay. Our apartment had a gas stove, fridge, utensils, and other amenities, so we cooked three meals a day. The daily rate was the same as leading hotel chains. The staff and host were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very close to patong Beach. There’s a decent pool, though you do have to walk up a small hill.

The two-bedroom vila was superb, with comfortable beds and lots of light. The owner was so nice and kind, always ready to help, and provided great service. They cleaned every day and brought fresh towels daily. We also had breakfast, which was delicious, and the kids loved the pool. There are stairs up to the vilas, but if you call the owner from your taxi before you arrive, they’ll help carry your suitcases and bags. After that, the stairs weren’t a problem for us. It’s nice exercise each day.
