Lime Hotel

The staff were very kind, and the location was good, just a five-minute walk from Patong Beach. But Hotel Lime was one of the worst places we’ve stayed. We spent two nights there, and the rooms were damp, making it impossible to sleep, even on the third floor. They needed restoration, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The mattress and pillows were so moldy that we slept with our clothes on the pillow. I hope the owner takes our complaint seriously and improves the accommodation and service.

Just a short walk, under 3 minutes, and you’re at the sea. The rooms are roomy, with balconies to sit out on, plus a pool for a swim. Gurman Restaurant is in the hotel and has lots of tasty choices when you’re hungry. Recommended.

I wouldn’t suggest this place for families. From January 6th to January 13th, 2025, construction noise was extremely loud every day and kept us from sleeping. It was so disruptive that my husband needed pain medication. The pool has also been dirty for eight days, and nothing has been done about it. The owner seems unconcerned by guest complaints, since there’s been no improvement.

At Lime Hotel in Phuket, Ice looked after us during both check-in and check-out. New, the receptionist on the night shift, was especially welcoming and quick, and her smile was the first thing we saw when we arrived. The reception team were all polite, helpful, and friendly, and their warm attitude made our stay feel more personal. We had a fantastic time at Lime Hotel :) @jasoninho
