The owners, a Russian man and a Thai woman, were polite and respectful, and the hotel itself was fine. What spoiled my stay was a female receptionist on the night shift. She was rude and unprofessional for no valid reason, which was disappointing and unacceptable in hospitality. Everything else was manageable, but the front desk attitude matters. I hope management deals with it and improves staff professionalism.

I spent two days at the hotel and had one of my worst experiences. The front desk staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful, and reception felt unprofessional. There was no hospitality or respect for guests. I’ll never return, and strongly advise others to avoid it.

It was quiet here, even though the beach, party streets, and restaurants were all within walking distance. We had a room with three beds for three guys, and the room service, overnight laundry, facilities, and location all suited what we needed. It’s a budget gem, and I’d stay again. Thanks to Niko and the staff for helping make our Patong beach and Phuket trip memorable. Cheers, saluti migliori & Salamat.

The staff were really nice and friendly, and the location works if you want to be near the beach and the Main Street where everything happens. But the room was worse than the pictures: it wasn’t clean, with hair on the bathroom wall and dirty furniture, and the sheets and towels definitely need replacing. The window was only a window in theory, facing a wall. Worst of all, there was a terrible chemical smell we couldn’t get rid of. I wouldn’t recommend the place, or Patong in general.
