Our three-day stay included a room with an A/C that didn’t work properly, and staff had no fix for it. They also refused to provide water bottles, even when we offered to pay for extra ones. For every concern, they gave excuses instead of solutions, and seemed to look for reasons to take money from the deposit. They deducted a large amount, claiming the towel they’d provided wasn’t as clean as when they gave it to us. The service was uncooperative and completely unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At checkout, we had to pay after being told that two towels were missing and the room was too dirty. We’d just been in the room and had seen the towels ourselves. As for the room, it was in completely normal hotel condition, with nothing damaged or extreme. It felt like a way to take money from guests’ deposits. I’ve never had this happen before. They make the claims and expect you to pay, which leaves you feeling helpless. Take photos and videos at check-in and checkout, or avoid this hotel altogether. Never again.

The location is perfect, and I honestly felt the stay was worth every penny. I’d heard lots of bad reviews before arriving, but my own experience was very good. The internet was the main thing that needs work. Access expired every day, so I had to go to reception for a new code, which didn’t make much sense. There were also insects in the rooms. Given the weather and the villa-style property with landscaped outdoor areas, I understand some insects are to be expected, though they could still do a better job controlling them.

The grounds were lovely, with flowering trees, and our room was very nice and clean. We stayed three nights, and the pool was perfect. The rooms in the villa area have private pools. Internet didn’t work until checkout, and there was a 3000 baht deposit. They also had a lot of extra charges for things I’d expect a hotel to include.
