U Sabai Living Hotel

The staff were really friendly. At checkout, they let us leave our bags for the whole day, gave us beach towels, and even offered us a shower when we came back. The room was very clean, the AC didn't blow straight at your head, and the windows had mosquito screens. I'd definitely come back.

The food was a nice surprise, much better than I expected. Rooms are a good size, and the staff and owner are easy to reach and helpful with making the most of your time there. It's near Bangla Road, though a bit far from the beach. The hotel does provide beach towels.

The room key issue was the most worrying part: my friend’s room could be opened with my key, which raises serious concerns about privacy and safety. I also had a stressful stay because the bedding had hair all over it, the pillow cover had two visible holes, and the bathing towel was torn with two holes. Although the towel was already damaged when it was given to us, the staff and manager charged us for it and took 500 baht from our 2,000 baht deposit. That felt unjustified and unprofessional, and gave me the impression the hotel was trying to get money through wrongful billing. The location is convenient for the market, restaurants, and beach, but little else was positive for me. I stayed at U Sabai Hotel for 2 days and found the hygiene, damaged linens, charge, and unsafe access deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I don't recommend staying here for a Phuket vacation. I believe the property should be reviewed or banned from hosting guests until these serious problems are addressed.

This was my second visit, and it was still amazing. The food was great, the service excellent, and the staff so kind. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Thanks to the team for the warm hospitality. Highly recommend!
