The staff are amazing, and the pool area is lovely, quiet, and relaxing. The room was much bigger and nicer than I’d expected for the price, with a view over the ocean. It’s a minute’s walk to the beach, about three minutes from soi6, and roughly ten minutes to walking street. I’ve already booked another stay for a few weeks from now, which probably says enough.

The room isn’t new, but it’s in decent shape and felt fair for the price. The best thing is the location, right by the beach, with lots of places to eat nearby. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and they called to let us know the room was ready before check-in. I really like staying here for how close it is to the beach.

The women at the help desk were so friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Dutchmill, Somjeed, and Bam Bam for the warm welcome and great service. A-One is in a convenient spot, around a five-minute walk from shopping centers, night markets, food courts, the beach, and many tourist attractions. We loved the cruise-style themed rooms, too. They’re amazing and really unique.

Mr. Ton welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism that I felt at home right away. He even upgraded me to a suite with one of the best rooms, which I really appreciated. Having stayed in Pattaya for a long time and visited many hotels, I can say he knows how to treat guests with care and respect. From check-in through check-out, he and the team made everything smooth, including the buggy service and the excellent room service food. Thanks to Mr. Ton and everyone for making the stay special. I’ll definitely return to A-One Pattaya Beach Hotel.

I’ve stayed here more than nine times, often for extended visits, and when I come to Pattaya I don’t choose anywhere else. I always find something I like. The facilities are lovely and the location is excellent, close to the beach between Soi 3 and Soi 4. The staff are wonderful, especially Ms. WOON SEN at reception. She’s always smiling and never complains about helping guests. My thanks to the management. Sincerely, your regular guest Mr Saad Aldhanhani.
