At A7 Hotel Pattaya, reception is open 24 hours, so you can ask for toilet paper, clean towels, or anything else at any time, and they provide it without a problem. The staff were polite, friendly, and caring, and the hotel was clean and quiet. There are bars nearby, which made for a surprising free background soundtrack from my room. It wasn’t loud and was actually quite pleasant to fall asleep to. I’d happily stay again. The only small downside was that the light by the bathroom mirror could be brighter.

This hotel is full of scammers. I showed them my payment slips and booking confirmations, but they claimed I wasn’t there and kicked me out. They refused to refund me, and the manager didn’t help at all. I advise you not to go there.

The bedding had a bad smell, and there's no elevator. The price felt worse than a motel for what you get. It's right around the downtown bars, so the noise kept me from sleeping. Only stay here if you're fine sleeping with nightclub noise until early morning.

I stayed in room 303. The staff were nice and the location is good, and the price is cheap, so you know what you're signing up for. It's guest friendly too. But the room and bathroom hadn't been cleaned when I arrived, the room was shabby, and there were lots of little ants and cockroaches. The hot shower didn't work because the unit had no power. You can hear the bars every night until about 1 or 2 a.m., and there's no lift.

The balcony door didn't close properly, so a couple of cockroaches got in. The room itself was comfortable enough, and the stay was fine overall, though it was a little noisier than I'd have liked.
