I got an email saying my stay, which was due to start in a couple of weeks, had been cancelled without any explanation. Pretty bad experience. Trip.com, though, handled the situation really well.

The pool and rooms were amazing, and the staff were great. Give them a couple of baht and they’ll treat you like an angel and go out of their way to help. They even drove us around Pattaya in an electric car, which was great. We did have a lot of lizards wandering around the house during our stay, despite keeping all the doors and windows shut.

The gardens are lovely and the pool is great, and the residences themselves are perfect. But nobody speaks English, which made basic requests like getting a towel or breakfast really hard.

It’s a quiet place, good for anyone who doesn’t need all the facilities of a big hotel. Just keep in mind it’s a little way from downtown.
