Avani Pattaya Resort

Nyssa by the pool and Fern in the restaurant made our stay especially memorable. Nyssa was warm, attentive, and professional, and her care made our time by the pool more relaxing. Fern was welcoming and friendly throughout our meal, making sure everything was right from beginning to end. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Both of them showed real hospitality and dedication to guests, and went above and beyond. Thank you, Nyssa and Fern, for making it so special.

The garden and large pool give the grounds a resort feel, even though you’re in the city. The attached mall is handy, with plenty of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a Tops market, and there are two 7-elevens less than 100 meters away. I’ve stayed here many times and plan to return. The restaurant service is good, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, with so much choice you might gain weight if you stay too long. The hotel service overall is good too. The buildings are old and show wear that could be better maintained. Rooms are in decent shape, but those with a combined tub and shower fall short of what I’d expect from a five-star property. The balcony chairs aren’t very comfortable.

The pool has a lovely outdoor feel, and getting around was easy with access from both Beach Road and Sai Song Road. I had a wonderful four-night solo stay at Avani Resort. My room was cozy, spotless, and comfortable, with a big bed, quality bedding, and some of the best pillows I’ve had. Everyone was welcoming. Thanks to Concierge Top and his team, Nina and her front desk colleagues, and Oon from housekeeping for going the extra mile. I’d happily stay again.

The staff made our family holiday extra special. They surprised us with a lovely cake and beautiful room decoration for my sister-in-law’s son’s second birthday, a thoughtful gesture we’ll always remember. Natty, Ally, Jinny, and Jazlyn were so kind and welcoming, Ploy kept our room clean and comfortable, and the Bell Team, Noom, Moo, and Aotto, made things easy with their helpful and polite service. I stayed with my family and my sister-in-law’s family, and we all had a memorable time at Avani Pattaya Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was excellent. Although it’s right in the middle of Pattaya, the greenery, open spaces, and peaceful atmosphere make it feel like an escape from the busy city. It was a great place for a family holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for families and couples visiting Pattaya.
